[IMPORTANT] Regarding Performance Degradation in PDF Output Processing with ConMas Manager On-Premises Version 8.2.25101

Thank you for your continued use of our products.

We have identified a performance degradation issue in functions related to PDF output processing in the on-premise version of ConMas Manager 8.2.25101.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

■ Issue Description
Performance may degrade compared to the previous version (8.2.25070) in the following PDF output processes:
・Downloading multiple documents as PDFs using the ConMas Manager Data Output function.
・Downloading multiple documents as PDFs using the Report Download API.

■ Current Status
A corrected version is currently under development.
We will announce the release schedule on this page as soon as it is finalized.

■ Workaround
If you experience significant performance degradation in your environment after updating to 8.2.25101, we recommend downgrading to ConMas Manager 8.2.25070.
Please refer to the steps below for the downgrade procedure.

Note: This downgrade method should only be used for downgrading from "8.2.25101" to "8.2.25070."

1. Download the "8.2.25070" installer available on the Support Web.
    ConMas Manager 8.2.25070
2. Execute the "8.2.25070" installer, similar to an upgrade.
3. After execution, delete PdfNet.dll and PdfNet.xml from each of the following paths:
  ・ [ConMas folder path]\ConMasAPI\bin
  ・[ConMas folder path]\ConMasManager\bin
  ・[ConMas folder path]\ConMasWeb\bin

After downgrading from "8.2.25101" to "8.2.25070," you may encounter issues such as display layout issues or non-responsive buttons.
This is caused by the latest version of the program being cached in the browser, and it can occur on browsers (both client terminals and servers) that have previously accessed "8.2.25101" Manager.
In such cases, please clear your browser's cache and try accessing it again.
