2025-11-12 Release information

---------------------------------------

Thank you for your continued use of our products.
We have confirmed a memory leak issue related to PDF output processing in ConMas Manager On-Premises version 8.2.25100.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
As of November 5, 2025, the affected version has been withdrawn from public release.
We kindly request that you use ConMas Manager 8.2.25070 until the corrected version is released.

■ Issue Description
A bug occurs where memory is not correctly released during PDF output processing.
When the system runs for a long time or performs continuous PDF output, memory usage may increase, causing system instability.

■ Affected Operations
This issue may occur in the following operations, which involve PDF generation and thumbnail generation processes:
<PDF Output Operations>
・Downloading PDFs using ConMas Manager
・Automatic file output when saving documents
<Operations Involving Thumbnail Generation>
・Saving documents from the application
・Saving auto-numbered documents that display numbering on the first sheet
・Saving binder documents
・Executing Web API
・Changing the first sheet using the auto generate API
・Changing the first sheet using the update report API
・Executing the report copy API

■ Current Status
A fixed version is currently under development.
We will announce the release schedule on this page as soon as it is confirmed.

■ Emergency Workaround
To avoid the impact of this issue, we recommend downgrading to ConMas Manager 8.2.25070.
Please follow the steps below for the downgrade.
Note: This procedure applies only when downgrading from “8.2.25100” to “8.2.25070”.
1. Download the "8.2.25070" installer available on the Support Web.
2. Execute the "8.2.25070" installer, similar to an upgrade.
3. After execution, delete PdfNet.dll and PdfNet.xml from each of the following paths:
 ・[ConMas folder path]\ConMasAPI\bin
 ・[ConMas folder path]\ConMasManager\bin
 ・[ConMas folder path]\ConMasWeb\bin

After downgrading from "8.2.25100" to "8.2.25070," you may encounter issues such as display layout issues or non-responsive buttons.
This is caused by the latest version of the program being cached in the browser, and it can occur on browsers (both client terminals and servers) that have previously accessed "8.2.25100" Manager.
In such cases, please clear your browser's cache and try accessing it again.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we kindly ask you to inform users who are expected to access Manager in advance about this matter (the need to clear the cache).
Additionally, in environments running 8.2.25100, restarting IIS may temporarily improve the situation when memory usage increases.

Important Notice Regarding the i-Reporter App

This is a reminder regarding cases where re-authentication of your device is required, as the deadline is approaching.
We kindly ask affected users to check once again to ensure they have not forgotten to update.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
Thank you for your cooperation.

*Please be sure to check this information as it may affect your use of the service. We have an important notice for customers using the iOS / iPadOS app versions listed below and who meet certain conditions.

Your i-Reporter app (iOS / iPadOS) is,

Case①:Customers who always update to the latest version and operate the system
→Not applicable, so no action is required.

Case②:Customers who have been using same version since the beginning and no intention of updating in the future too
→Not applicable for now, so no action is required so far.
However, you need to be careful when you want to update the i-Reporter app version, such as the OS update is required due to the expiration of Apple support for iOS or iPadOS. When you update the OS to the latest version, you also need to update the i-Reporter app version, and this issue will affect your device at that time.

Case③:Customers who are now using a version (8.1.23120 or earlier) that was released prior to December 5, 2023, and plan to upgrade to the latest version after December 31, 2024
→Affected by this issue. Please take the measures mentioned below.

Case④:Customers who are using the version released on December 5, 2023 or later (8.1.23120) but have never logged in to the ConMas Server from your i-Reporter app.
→Affected by this issue. Please take the measures mentioned below.
Ex. i-Reporter app was already installed in your iOS / iPad OS device during December 5, 2023 to December 31, 2024 but has never logged in to the server.

【Affects, Measures, Workaround】

If you fall under Cases ②, ③, or ④, and update your i-Reporter app to the latest version, re-authenticate for the device is required with your iPad or iPhone. (Even if your iPad or iPhone already has authenticated before, you can not log in to the server after updating the i-Reporter app)

▼Workaround for this issue
If the following actions can be done until December 31, 2024, re-authentication for the device is not required.
・Update the i-Reporter app to the latest version
・Log in to the server

【Reason why re-authentication and login is required】

This is because the specifications of the device authentication method will be changed to strengthen security. The i-Reporter app (iOS / iPad OS app) has implemented a change to the specifications of the device authentication method for the purpose of strengthening security from version 8.1.23120 (released December 5, 2023), and the system has been automatically transferring device authentication information for devices on which the app version 8.1.23120 or earlier is installed. However, after Febrary 19, 2025, this automatic transfer will no longer be possible due to restrictions on iOS / iPadOS, so the device will be recognized as a new device and you will need to perform device authentication again.
